Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sourcream.

  • 1/2 cup buttermilk.

  • 2oz pecorino, grated.

  • 1 tbsp champagne vinegar.

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil.

  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce.

  • 1 tbsp chives, chopped.

  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped.

  • kosher salt.

  • ground black pepper.

Equipment:

  • whisk.

  • bowl.

Yield:

  • ~1 cup.

Execution:

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk, season to taste with salt and adjust ingredients as necessary.
